Automatic bottling machine is air cylinder rotation style, designed voluntarily by our company, in unique structure, and correct in positioning and grouping bottles. In the new style up bottling system, up bottling turning board is T-end structure, the whole action is divided into three steps of pushing, lifting and guarding, the possibly detailed action makes sending and turning bottles stable and precise, bottle has no relative friction with turning board so as to reduce the abrasion of bottles and the lifespan of each connecting component in the whole structure. Automatic bottling machine is novelty in structure, simple and convenient, good in use effect and long in lifespan.
Wash-in machine has various post design combinations, which can be customized in accordance with capacity and technical requirements and take each kind of wash-in technical drawings. Detailed introductions are as follows:

1. For the newest bottle washing machine, the frame uses square tubes of 304 stainless steels with the thickness of 3mm, the external structure of the whole machine is made of entire boards of 304 stainless steels with the thickness of 4mm, applies imported laser cutting machine to cut the molding for one time, the appearance is more beautiful, dead angles of sanitation in the structure are zero, which comply with production requirements more. All cleaning water boxes are independent water tanks (including soda solution tank, disinfectant tank and backflow tank). It is made of 304 or 316 stainless steel materials with the thickness of 2mm, which can connect to the bottle washing machine by loosen joints and dismantle freely, solving the present difficulty that bottle washing equipments are not easy to clean due to the connection with the main motor in the market radically.
2. Wash-in machine spays averagely, internal wall of bottles are spayed with pressured water, it uses multiple spray heads, and spray effect is good; inflow tubes of each channel sets manual regulating valve, water pressure at each spray nozzle is tested as over 0.3kg/cm².
3. Bottle washing chains adopt excellent standard stainless steel chains, which are precise in positioning 5 gallon bottles, small in chain abrasion, small in water channeling, fast and convenient in installation, and long in lifespan.
4. Transmission powers uses variable frequency control, which is precise and stable in operation.
5. The base part of every circular box is round for the convenience of water discharge and washing. Each water box sets a liquid adding bucket and matches with double-layer filter screen, allowing washing and exchanging while working. Filter screens can not only filter circular water, but also filter added liquids as well.
6. Bottle washing water pump uses Enropean German WILO water pump imported with original packaging. Every washing water pump has independent switches, which can automatically control the washing time and ensure the water pump activate precisely so as to improve the use conditions of the water pump and its lifespan. 
7. Lighting tubes are equipped at the top of bottle washing machine for the convenience of observing bottle washing effect.
8. Bottle cleaning machine adopts cylinder bottle pushing device to drop bottles, pushes the water dropping area possibly formed by the push of bottles away main drive and the ponding caused by the latter ampoule up to output conveying chains; in order to prevent water drops fall into the bottle during the pushing process, water retaining organs can be set at the bottle dropping place to ensure that drops do not fall into bottles.
9. The baseboard of wash-in machine adopts sloping plate design, ensures that no left water remains and guarantees the product quality.
10. It adopts rapid backflow devices to wash with intermediate and high temperature, with liquid box's overall heat preservation to lower the operation cost and the bottleneck soaking device attached on the sprinkler head.
11. Add sprinkler interval starting system, wash-in machine sprays water with bottles and does not spray without bottles, ensuring the solution of the water clustering problem of fluid headers.
