Film modules adopt American “GE” and “DOW” 8040 high performance reverse osmosis film, which can effectively remove the organic matters, bacteria and virus in the water, simple root film has the removal rate of 98.5% on NaCl so as to guarantee its removal rate on other ions.
Nanofiltration Treatment: when penetration matter is the size of 1-10nm,the separation layer of film surface can have nano-scale(below 10nm)pore structure, therefore referred to “nanofiltration film”or “nanometer tube”. Nanofiltration is a kind of liquid-liquid separation method that under the pushing force of pressure difference, salt and micromole materials penetrate the nanofiltration firm and hold back micromole materials, which is also called low-pressure reverse osmosis. The molecule weight held back by nanofiltration film is 200-1000MWCO,between ultrafiltration and reverse osmosis, mainly applied the concentration and purification of macromole materials in the solution.
Ultrafiltration Film Treatment: Ultrafiltration is also called ultra filtering,which is used to hold back particles of the colloid size in the water, and water and low molecular weight solute are allowed to penetrate the film. The mechanism of ultrafiltration refers to the comprehensive effect of the machine screening on the film surface, retardation of film hold, film surface and film hole absorption, mainly in screening.
